In the event that the item is defective, you have 5 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for more than 5 days, it is considered used and we will NOT MAKE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
After the first 24H since the order was placed you will NOT be able to opt for any refund or replacement if the reason is that you no longer want an item.
You will NOT be eligible for any refund or replacement if you have made a mistake in providing the shipping address.
To make the return, the item will be sent to our warehouses abroad. The buyer pays the return shipping fee in all situations, except if the product is defective.
All returned items MUST BE in their original packaging and MUST provide us with the tracking number of the shipment and the specific reason for return.
We will return YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT, once we receive the item in its original condition and packaged with all components and accessories included. Or, you can choose to have a replacement.
